Prerequisites

Integrating Help Desk Manager with MSP N-central requires the following:

  • An MSP N-central server with a valid SSL certificate
  • A Help Desk server with a valid SSL certificate
  • Successful DNS resolution of both the MSP N-central and Help Desk servers
