Limits are applied to all accounts within the Service Organization (SO Admin, SO User, Admin, User, and Customer Dashboard User).
Accounts within a Service Organization (for example, an SO Admin or an SO Tech account) can over-ride these settings by configuring their own preferred paper size and number formatting by editing their Customer/Site Profile.
|Currency||The type of currency to be used (either Dollar or Euro) for the organization.|
|Paper Size||The size of paper to be used in reports (either Letter of A4).|
|Number Formatting||The formatting of numeric digits defining the characters used as the thousands separator and the decimal separator (either 1,234.56 or 1 234,56 or 1.234,56).|
To apply the default localization properties to any existing Customers or Sites within the Service Organization, select the check boxes in the Propagate column that correspond to each individual property.
It is strongly recommended that this property be enabled to ensure that the Active Issues view does not display excessive numbers of Agent Status failures every time that laptops or workstations are turned off.
|Automatically Disconnect Laptops and Workstations||Select the default setting for automatically disconnecting Agent-monitored laptop and workstation computers if they shut down or if they do not communicate with the MSP N-central server within a specified time frame.|
To apply this setting to existing Customers or Sites within the SO, select the check box in the Propagate column.
