Monitoring

This tab lets you view and control various elements related to MSP N-central services associated with the managed device.

Status

Displays the status and controls services on the device.

Create Tickets

If PSA integration has been configured, click this button after selecting a service to create a help desk or trouble ticket.

You can also click Create in the Ticketing column for individual services to perform the same operation.

For more information, refer to Managing Tickets.

Add

Click this button to associate a service with the device.

Delete

After selecting a service click this button to remove the association of the selected services with the device.

Create Service Template

Select several services that are associated with the device and click this button to create a new Service Template that includes the selected services.

Service Monitoring

Select several services that are associated with the device and click this button to create a new Service Template that includes the selected services.

Associations

Displays the Rules, Scheduled Tasks, and Notifications associated with the device.

This tab is read-only and does not include any functionality to edit or modify these associations.

Rules

Displays Rules associated with the device.

Scheduled Tasks

Displays Scheduled Tasks associated with the device.

Notifications

Displays Notifications associated with the device.

Service Templates

Displays Service Templates associated with the device.

Service Templates

Displays and controls the Service Templates that are associated with the device. See Service Templates.

Apply New Service Template

Click to select a new Service Template to be associated with the device.

In the Apply Service Templates dialog box, select the check boxes next to the names of the templates that you want applied.

Re-Apply Service Template

Select the check boxes next to the names of the templates that you want to reapply.

Click Re-Apply Service Template to have the services in the template re-associated with the device.

Remove Association

Select the check boxes next to the names of the templates that you no longer want to associate with the device.

Click Remove Association to delete the association of the template with the device.
