Filter the Job Status view
The Job Status view, shows the last filter selected for the current account. The current filter and additional filtering options is displayed at the top of the page.
To see the devices, click View > Job Status.
You can configure the information displayed in this view in a number of different ways.
1. Sort the jobs by column
Click on any header to sort in ascending or descending alphanumeric order by that column. Sorting on Last Completed to show the most recent job.
2. Hide/Show columns
Click the icon in the left of the header row to display the list of available columns.
3. Click Filter to show the filter panel.
a. Apply a pre-configured or custom filter
This option is only available in the Appliance Jobs view.
b. Click a customer/site name to restrict the view to issues for this customer/site
To select more than one customer/site, hold the <CTRL> key while selecting.
If selected from the customer level, the Customer/Site column will not be displayed.
c. Use the check boxes to filter by job type and status
Select the job types and statuses to be displayed.
4. Reset Filter
MSP N-centralremembers the changes you make to on the filter panel for your user account. To clear your filter changes, click Reset Filter.
