You can modify the properties of created links in MSP N-central so long as you have the appropriate access rights.
As the Product Administrator, you can edit system links, public links created by SO Admin, SO Techs, or Admins, and any links you have created.
As an SO account, you can edit public links created by other SO accounts or customer accounts, and any links you have created.
At the customer level, you can edit public links created by other Admin accounts and any links you have created.
- In the navigation pane, click My Links > Manage My Links.
- In the Name column of the My Links screen, click a link.
- Modify the properties as needed and click Save.
