A notifications sent log reports on all of the notifications sent during the specified period. It includes the recipient, subject, and message contents.
This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site-level.
- In the navigation pane, click Reports > Events > Notifications Sent.
- Select the time Period for which you would like to collect data for the report.
- Select the Start Date and Time from which to start collecting data for the report.
- Select the Recipients for whom you would like to view the notification metrics.
Only the accounts that have specified notifications are listed.
- Click View Report.
The Notifications Sent report appears.
You can e-mail or export the report as a comma-separated values (CSV) or PDF file.
