Patch Status (Detailed) Report

The Patch Status (Detailed) report provides information on the status of patches, failed patch installation attempts, and a list of patches per devices.

This procedure can only be performed at the SO or Customer-level.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Reports >   Status > Missing Patches (Detailed).
  2. Select the Period of time to be reported from one of the following:
    • 4 Hours
    • 12 Hours
    • 24 Hours
    • 1 Week
    • 1 Month
    • 3 Months
  3. Select the Start Date and Time from which the report will display data including values for month, day, year, and time.
  4. Select the category by which to filter the Devices that will be included in the report from one of:
    • All Devices
    • Customer/Site
    • Filter
    • Device Class
    • Device Name
    • Operating System
  5. Once you have selected a category, click > to move the item to the right-hand column in order to include it in the filtering mechanism.

    Click >> to move all of the items from the left column to the right or << to move all of the items from the right column to the left.

  6. Under Classification, select the categories of patches to be included in the report:
    • 3rd Party
    • Critical Updates
    • Definition Updates
    • Drivers
    • Feature Packs
    • Security Updates
    • Service Packs
    • Tools
    • Unknown
    • Update Rollups
    • Updates
  7. Under Status, select the status criteria for patches to be included in the report:
    • Aborted
    • Declined
    • Failed
    • In Progress
    • Installed
    • Installed With Errors
    • Needed Unapproved
    • Not Installed
  8. Click View Report.

    The Missing Patches (Detailed) report appears.

You can e-mail or export the report as a comma-separated values (CSV) or PDF file.
