CTI Connections Active

The total number of links that are currently registered with the CallManager and are not in use (available).

Devices Open

The total number of devices, such as hardware IP phones, CTI ports, and CTI route points that are connected to the CallManager and are controlled and/or monitored by CTI applications.

Open Lines

The total number of lines that are connected to the CallManager and are controlled and/or monitored by CTI applications.
