Mapping MSP N-central Customer to Autotask Accounts

Mapping N-central customers to Autotask accounts tells N-central what Autotask Contact and Autotask Contract to use when generating tickets for the customer. After MSP N-central customers are mapped to Autotask accounts, MSP N-central will use this information to create tickets in Autotask.

Customer Mapping

To map MSP N-central Customers to Autotask Accounts

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > PSA Integration > Customer Mapping.
  2. Click Synchronize Now for the most updated information from Autotask.
  3. For each N-central Customer, (or N-central SO Customer, if you integrated at the System level) select the corresponding Autotask Account Name to which it will be mapped.

    In the Autotask Account Name pull-down menu, click More choices to display additional account names from longer lists.

  4. Select the name of the Contact.
  5. Select the Contract against which service tickets will be applied.
  6. Select the Billing Contract that will be applied.
  7. Click Save.

Disabling or Unmapping Customer Mapping

You can disable customer mappings by unmapping them in the UI.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > PSA Integration > Customer Mapping.
  2. For each N-central Customer mapping that you would like to disable, select Disabled from the drop-down under Autotask Account Name.
  3. Click Save.
