Map MSP N-central Customers to ConnectWise Manage Customers

Following the ConnectWise Manage PSA Integration Checklist, this is the second of six steps to integrate MSP N-central with ConnectWise Manage using the PSA Configuration feature in MSP N-central.

Mapping MSP N-central Customers or Sites to ConnectWise Manage companies is required for the following:

  • Ticketing
  • Billing
  • Device data export

To accomplish this, the structure of the MSP N-central data must be mapped to the corresponding structure of the ConnectWise Manage data.

You cannot map MSP N-central Customers or Sites to ConnectWise Manage Sites.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > PSA Integration > Customer Mapping.
  2. In the Customer Mapping screen, click a ConnectWise Manage Customer Name.
    A drop-down list of ConnectWise Manage customers appears.
  3. Select the ConnectWise Manage customer to which you want to map the MSP N-central Customer.
  4. Save your changes.

If you wish, you can also disable the Customer Mapping.

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > PSA Integration > Customer Mapping.
  2. Click a ConnectWise Manage Customer Name.
    A drop-down list of ConnectWise Manage customers appears.
  3. Select Disabled.
  4. Save your changes.
