Choose Customers for the Custom PSA Integration

After you configure the custom PSA integration, you must choose the customers you want to integrate with the Custom PSA solution.

Only the customers enabled on this page will be affected by integration actions.

  1. At the SO or System level, navigate to Administration > PSA Integration > Customer Settings.
  2. Click Enable All to select all customers. To select individual customers, move the sliders to Off to On.
  3. Click Save.

After you complete this procedure, configure custom PSA Ticketing Recipients.
