Configure the PSA Integration Message Template

After you configure Custom PSA Ticketing Recipients, you can configure the template used for notifications. N-central includes a number of default templates that standardize the appearance of your email notifications.

For Custom PSA, SolarWinds MSP recommends that you use the default PSA Integration Message Template (or customize it as described below).

  1. Click Administration Defaults > Notification Templates.
  2. On the Edit Notification Templates window, scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the PSA Integration Message Template and edit the message content or simply use the default text.
  3. This will only edit regular notifications. You can also edit the Return to Normal Notification template by selecting that tab.

Whenever a notification email gets generated, the subject of the email will automatically be pre-pended with ticket metadata.

After you complete this procedure, parse data from the N-central at the PSA.
