Adding an MSP Manager Ticketing Recipient

A ticketing recipient generates tickets in MSP Manager by associating tickets with service items.

Add an MSP Manager ticketing recipient

  1. In the navigation pane, click Administration > PSA Integration > Ticketing.
  2. Click Add and enter a name and description. For example, Monitoring Alerts and Generate tickets based on monitoring alerts.
  3. Configure ticket recipient settings and click Save.

The properties described below will vary depending on your level selection (System, SO, Customer/Site). For example, the Associated Notification Profiles page is not available from the System level.

View notifications associated with a ticketing recipient

  1. Click one or more ticketing recipients.
  2. Click Associated Notifications to display associated notifications and click Save.

Clone a ticketing recipient

No two recipients can have the same name.

  1. Click a ticket recipient and click Clone.
  2. Type a unique name and description and click Save.
