View Ticket Details through Device Details

You cannot update or view Tigerpaw tickets in MSP N-central.

  1. Navigate to the Device Details view and click the device Name.
  2. Click Monitoring.
  3. On the Status tab, you can Create a ticket or review a Ticket ID.
  4. To review more detailed information on tickets and any ticket notes, click Ticketing.
  5. Under Ticket Notes, click View Notes to review any notes that have been appended for internal review.
