Configure downtime for a device

Schedule downtime for a device to allow for maintenance procedures or to run a script. Downtime is the period when devices are in a disconnected state so devices are not affected by any maintenance.

  1. Click ViewsAll Devices and click the name of the desired device.
  2. Click SettingsMaintenance Windows.
  3. Click Add and select Downtime from the drop-down list box.
  4. Enter a name for the downtime and set the schedule when the downtime occurs.
  5. Click Save.

At the configured time, the device goes offline for the duration specified.
